We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our founding engineering team. This is a role for someone with solid fundamentals who's hungry to level up – you'll ship real features to enterprise customers, work alongside senior engineers, and grow fast in a high-impact environment.
What You'll Do

Build and ship features – from backend services to frontend interfaces. You'll contribute across the stack.

Own features end-to-end – scoping, building, testing, and iterating based on feedback.
- •
Work on core platform capabilities – authentication flows, permission systems, dashboards, and integrations.
- •
Learn from senior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and direct collaboration.
- •
Harness AI coding tools to maximize your output – we'll teach you how to 10x your throughput.
- •
Participate in on-call rotations and learn how to build reliable, production-grade systems.
What We're Looking For
- •
2-4 years of software engineering experience in a professional environment.
- •
Solid fundamentals – you understand data structures, algorithms, and how the web works.
- •
Experience with modern web technologies – comfortable with APIs, databases, and at least one frontend framework.
- •
Eagerness to learn – you're not expected to know everything, but you need to be hungry to figure it out.
- •
Attention to detail – you take pride in the quality of your work.
- •
Comfortable in fast-paced environments – things change quickly, and that excites you.
- •
Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
